In Today’s Kim’s Adventure we head over to the Largest Revolving Sushi Restaurant in San Diego to eat some Sushi at Mikami’s with 6000 square foot of space.
The Kaiten-zushi style restaurant stays true to the dining tradition, where 70 types of sushi rotate along the expansive conveyor belt. Under the direction of Head Chef Aiden KT Lee, Mikami’s menu includes a mix of innovative sushi dishes, sides and entrees.
The San Diego based private property management firm, Oceanic Enterprises, operates Mikami and is the first revolving sushi concept to join the company’s portfolio. With an accomplished resume and experience in the hotel and real estate industry, Managing Member Manoj Chawla considers the new restaurant a meaningful contribution to the convoy district’s vibrant culinary culture.
Upon entering I was blown away at how big the space was. We tried their Tonkatsu Ramen, Mikami Rolls, Salmon Hand Roll and the Strawberry Cheesecake. They all tasted great, and we give it a thumbs up.
